Planner items not in a bucket, how to fix

I have a KanBan planner board which has approx. 250 entries that are not in a bucket but show up when performing an export

How can i make them visible to either add to another bucket or delete them?

Hi Tony.Klapisch,

Thanks for posting in the community.

According to your description, my understanding is you have 250 tasks and you want to move them to one bucket.

You could select the task the 3 dots of the task> Move task> choose the bucket you want and click Move

For your reference: Copy and move Planner tasks

For deleting a task, here is the reference may help you: Delete a task or plan

If my understanding conflicts your meaning, please point out and let me know.

Regards,

George

Hi Tony,

Thanks for posting back and sorry for my misunderstanding.

Since you mentioned you use KanBan planner board, may I know whether it is a 3rd party app downloaded from the Microsoft Store? If so, to get further help, I would like to suggest you contact the related support. (go to the Microsoft Store and find KanBan board page, scroll down to the bottom of the page, click the support)

Appreciate your understanding.
