According to your description, the Office clients have the activate issue.
Please confirm whether your account have the subscription. You could access
www.office.com to check the subscription.
If your account has the subscription, here are the suggestions you could try:
1. Remove the credentials and sign in your account again
Type Credential Manager in the search bar, Click Windows Credentials and remove
the credentials related with Office
2. Use the Microsoft
Support and Recovery Assistant to fix the activation issue.
3. Deactivate
Office and sign in your account to activate Office again.
If the issue still exists, please provide us more information to narrow down the issue.
