Outlook Web App not responding

One user gets a not responding message after opening 3 emails using the web app. Tried on multiple computers and browsers and have the same issue. Problem started with the transition to the new platform last week.

Greetings. May I know what do you mean by ‘the transition to the new platform’? As you mentioned that the problem occurs in multiple computers and browsers. You can also try to disable the add-ins of Outlook web app to see if it helps.

 

In Outlook web app > Click More actions > Get Add-ins > My add-ins > untick the add-ins

 

In addition, you can also try the old Outlook web app UI to check if the issue persists. Here is the link for you: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/?path=/classic
