Outlook 365 not recognizing my Microsoft 365 login when adding emails

I have a Microsoft 365 account as well as a Microsoft Office 365 product. I am unable to add my email accounts to Outlook because it keeps giving me several error messages. The first tells me that Outlook cannot verify my PIN. I can get past that and then it tells me that it encountered an error when trying to add my Microsoft Exchange or 365 emails. I no longer have any product keys but when trying to log in using my Microsoft 365 login it errors out. I am at a loss. All my accounts are under *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Please help.

Hi Morgan, Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the inconveniences, Here are some possible suggestions that you can try to fix the issue or add your emails to Outlook: - You can try to reset your PIN or password for your Microsoft account. You can do this by going to https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx and following the instructions. You may need to verify your identity by using another email, phone number, or security question. - You can try to repair your Outlook profile or create a new one. You can do this by following these steps: 1. Open Outlook and go to File > Account Settings > Manage Profiles. 2. Click on Show Profiles and select your current profile. 3. Click on Properties and then on Email Accounts. 4. Select your Microsoft 365 account and click on Repair. Follow the prompts to repair your account. 5. If the repair does not work, you can try to create a new profile by clicking on Add and entering a new profile name. Then, follow the steps to add your Microsoft 365 account to the new profile. 6. Restart Outlook and choose the new profile as the default one. - You can try to activate or reactivate your Office 365 product. You can do this by following these steps: 1. Open any Office app, such as Word or Excel, and go to File > Account. 2. Under Product Information, click on Change License and then on Sign in. 3. Enter your Microsoft 365 login credentials and click on Next. 4. Follow the prompts to activate or reactivate your Office 365 product. 5. Restart Outlook and try to add your emails again. Let me know if this helps or if you need further assistance. Regards, Sola “Give back to the Community. Help the next person who has this issue by indicating if this reply solved your problem. I Should not have to reset Office applications when it was just installed for the first time 3 weeks ago. This is an unacceptable answer, you sound like a first year tech in this post. I removed every application and setting and it still behaves like that. Outlook being the worst of the applications for that.

I had my account set in Outlook 365. About a month ago (or more) the application started to ask me to introduce my password. After clicking several times in OK, I somehow managed to establish connection. But in the last few days I became unable to do it. I removed my account, to add it again, and now I'm unable to add it. It keeps telling me that the ID is not recognized.

This is the very same ID used to make my subscription, and I can login using Outlook on thew browser, and even using the new Outlook app. The only one I can't use is Outlook 355. Any suggestion on how to solve this?
