Thanks for your post. I suggest that clean the caches in the credential manager up as the following steps show to see how it goes.
1. Close your Outlook.
2. Type the words credential manager in the the search box in your computer to open the Credential Manager.
3. Under the Generic Credentials, delete the entries which contain Outlook in its name, you can even delete all the entries if you like.
4. Then close the Credential Manager and restart your Outlook. It will ask for the credential of your account, just type the password in and check the option Remember the Password in the sign in page.
