Hello Ronald,
From your description, I’m not sure which part you want to hide. Generally, your own email address will not appear next to a message subject. In order to help you further on it, please capture a screenshot of your interface and let me know which part you want to hide/remove. Meanwhile, please me know the version number of your Outlook client. You can go to File -> Office Account and capture a screenshot of the Product Information and version number.
By the way, the title of your post seems to be Microsoft 365 Family subscription, while this category is Microsoft 365 for Business. So I also want to double confirm the type of your subscription.

I can't send a screen shot for some reason I cannot paste it here.
Can you help me with this? Plus the version of outlook I have is on-line called Outlook live
