I have Outlook 2016 I get this error message when I open:
"Outlook cannot log on. Verify you are connected to the network and are using the proper server and mailbox name. The Microsoft Exchange service in your profile is missing required information. Modify your profile to ensure that you are using the correct Microsoft Exchange information service."
I added a new business email to my Outlook and was having a hard time adding it in due to error unable to log on to the server. (Note I already had an existing email in Outlook which was working fine). After the nth attempt, I was able to successfully add it so I tried to send out an email. It wouldn't send out so I closed Outlook in the hopes of it working after restarting. But when I tried to open it again, it won't anymore. Help!
