Order cannot be completed/ domain

I have tried several times over the course of the day to purchase a domain. I have used several different payment options which all have available credit. I have no outstanding balances or bills. Not sure what the issue is. I urgently need to setup this for my company email. Please advise

1. I kindly wanted to find out is the Credit card from a different country as the tenant location?

2. Did you try out purchasing using InPrivate browser or incognito ?
