A notebook created on our school business account and shared with two administrators does not have the "Open in OneNote or Edit in OneNote" option. They want to use this notebook in their app, but it isn't an option. Please advise!
According to your description, I found that you share the notebook with the option “Anyone with the link”, as it displayed the user is Guest Contributor.
If we share the notebook with external users including Guest Contributor, the users only can open the notebook on OneNote online.
I need to confirm if the two administrators are internal users, if so, I suggest you share the notebook via their email address with the option “People in ** with the link” as below:
If they are external users, they couldn’t open the notebook on OneNote program.
