"Oops, send failed. Please send again." error when trying to send Form via Outlook

This happens in MS Forms in my organisation when trying to send via Outlook. It works fine if I choose Teams. What can I check to solve this?

Thank you in advance

Dear Andreas,

Good days, thanks for querying in this forum. We’re happy to help you.

From your description, it seems that you cannot share the form with the group via Outlook and encountered an error message.

If my understanding is right, we have also tested it on our side, we can share the form without any problem. We’d suggest you change another browser to check if the same problem will occur.

At the same time, you can also go to Microsoft Forms > Copy to duplicate this form to check if the same problem will occur.

If the suggestions above all don’t work, you can also confirm with your colleagues to check if they have the same problem. If your colleagues have the same problem, given this situation, we do understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it. Since we cannot reproduce the same situation as yours and most of your users have the same problem, this issue may be related to your tenant and may need to checked from background. The best way to troubleshoot the issue is to report the issue to the related Team. We’d suggest you contact your office 365 administrator to go to Office 365 Admin Center-> Support-> New Service Request, the support engineers there have the correct escalation channel and this is the most efficient way to report such issue. You can refer to this article to check the way how to raise a ticket. Ways to contact support for business products - Admin help. The engineers in related team have higher permission and resources than us to help collect log and check the root cause directly.

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated. I hope that you are keeping safe and well!

Sincerely,

Sukie | Microsoft Community Moderator

Hi I am having similar issues with MS Forums for sending via Outlook and it not supporting regular email addresses. Could this please be fixed? It is very frustrating as it doesn't seem to like any emails that aren't linked to Microsoft. I keep receiving the error message Image
