OneNote Shortcut on Ipad Pro

I appreciate that you've post your concern in the Community. I hope you're having a good day. Let's try to sort this out.

A OneNote widget is available in OneNote for Android devices, since they have a Home Screen. However, in iPhone or iPad, home screen widget is currently unavailable, since iPhone and iPad doesn't have a Home Screen.

I would highly recommend that you contact Apple's technical support team and suggest such feature or changes which can really be helpful.

Should you have any other concern, don't hesitate to post back in the Community.

Interesting. My colleague at work has the same ipad and had a shorcut on his screen that takes him straight to notes. He just cant remember how he got it there.

I found something that might be helpful for you, see if this would suit your needs. Swipe right to get the Widgets page for iOS, then look for the OneNote widget, then hit Text. See the image below:
