Onenote pen color wheel update questions

Hello, I just got a samsung galaxy s7 tablet (SM-T733), android 11 and downloaded the onenote app. I noticed the app now only has 16 colors on desktop and web version on the tablet. I do not see the color wheel or the option to select more colors. While on my samsung laptop: DESKTOP-RJ4D7F8 with windows 11 shows the color wheel in the Onenote and desktop app . Is there a new update for onenote or a way for me to see the colorwheel on my tablet? Can you please help me? Thank you!
