OneNote login and sync issues

Hello

I am using MS Office and OneNote for my synced notes.
Recently, I don't know how long before, I am facing this issue
I am logged into OneNote, but it is not syncing my notes with my ipad or iphone. For syncing, it keeps asking me to login. When I login, the login box just keeps on rotating and after some time disappears.
I am logged into OneNote, as seen in the attached screenshot.

All other Office apps are working OK.

Please help.

I got it work for now. I had to login to the onedrive app on macbook.
