Onenote changed the background color on some of my text areas...

I opened my onenote this morning and many of my pages have a green color behind the text in various areas. I didn't set that... at least not on purpose and I'm unsure how to fix it. Everything I read says that can't be done... so I don't know how to undo it. Ü

When I type into the text area or even make a space in it the color disappears.   The color is on the side of some of my boxes and those I can't remove at all.

Could I get some input on what this is and how I remove it?

Screen shots attached.

Thanks!

Nancy

Answer
Answer

My spontaneous next idea would be a damaged Onenote cache.

So close the "green" notebook and re-open it.

If this doesn't help AND you have open more notebooks close ALL notebooks and re-open.

Why ALL ?

The Onenote cache is ONE giant data structure for ALL open notebooks.

By closing all notebooks it gets deleted (no harm done).
