For work or school account, you can ask the administrator to check the second-stage recycle bin (also known as the site collection recycle bin) to see if your videos are there. Here's how:

It’s crucial to act quickly because there is a limited time frame in which deleted files can be recovered.
If none of the above methods work, I'm afraid there's no other way to recover your video.
