OneDrive photo tile view missing

My Onedrive had a photo tile view and it is now missing. Please advise. Thank you!

I'll help you with your question.

In order to verify the option appears, in any internet browser on incognito mode (Ctrl+Shift+N) go to below link:

https://onedrive.live.com/

Access with your personal account, then at left pane click in "Photos", then in top-left should appears the option to select "Tiles" view. (take a look ate below image)
If not, probably it's because a temporary service degradation, normally they solve this situations in no more than 72h.

Thank you so much for answering me so quickly.

I did try what you suggested, however, my issue is in the "My files" folder. The view tab in the upper right has:

-List

-Compact list and

-Tiles

When I select the tiles option, the images show up as thumbnails with all the written info across them.

Just yesterday they were in photo view. A beautiful, large set of photos with nothing else across it.

I absolutely need the photo view as I am a photographer and I need my clients to nicely view their photos.

I did research and some one in the /OneDrive reddit forum had the same issue.

I think it's just work in the "Photos" section, I mean, I`m able to do what you says there, in Photos section. but not in "My Files" section.

Hi! Thanks again for the quick response.

I agree that it works in the "photo" section but not the "my files" section.

However, it DID work in the "my files" section up until I wrote you.

I also found a person in a OneDrive forum that has the same issue so it's not likely my computer.

Is there a OneDrive group/section that may know how I can get the photo tile back in the "my files" section?

I check every day hoping it was a service degradation.

The photo view has not come back in the my files section. It was definitely there before. Is there a reason they have not fixed this?

I really love OneDrive but I may have to try a different online service as I really need this feature.

This pdf was revised 04/2021 so the info is presumably correct.

Page 8 shows that the photo view is (was?) available for the default folder "my files".
