Hi Hongchuanwang,

Have you performed the 3 methods above? If yes, given the situation, I'd like to suggest the below steps:

1. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features to uninstall Microsoft OneDrive.

2. Download OneDrive from this site and install it.

If the issue still occurs, please share with us the information about Q2 and Q3 in my first reply.
