OneDrive and iOS

Hello,

When I save a file in OneDrive, it usually does not sync with my OneDrive apps on iPad or iPhone. I have researched this issue and followed the suggestions of what I read multiple times: uninstall and reinstall my OneDrive app, sign out of One Drive and sign back in. The suggestions have fixed nothing. I would appreciate any help that you can provide to solve this. Thank you.

That would mean the issue lies with the iphone and Ipad.
What IOS versions are on these devices?

The IOS version is supported.
Please try these steps on your iphone first.
Uninstall the onedrive app then go to settings/passwords
Remove any passwords you see for onedrive or Microsoft account (Please ensure you have these noted down or memorised as these will be requested when you try to login again)
Restart your Iphone after this and try reinstalling the app again and logging in.
Then check if the files refresh properly this time.
