One Drive Sign in Errors

I am attempting to sign in to my One Drive account on my computer. When I attempt to sign in with my account I get an error message that I am syncing to another account (Error Code: 0x8004de34). The account it directs me to does not exist because I changed the account email as I switched from yahoo to gmail.

As per your description, please don’t worry, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation.

May I know, have you added alias and changed the password of your Office 365 account?

The error you are receiving usually occurs after resetting the password and to fix the issue remove your OneDrive cached credentials.

1.Select Start, type "credentials," and then select Credentials Manager.

2.Select the Windows Credentials tab.

3.Under Generic Credentials, look for any entries containing “OneDrive Cached Credentials” and remove them.

4.estart OneDrive and sign in again.

Also, after search a lot, I found, some user mentioned they fix this error message after Reset OneDrive, could you please try to Reset OneDrive and check the outcomes.

if above does work, then please uninstall and reinstall OneDrive and see if there is any difference.
