I understand that you are having issues with sharing your Onedrive personal files. By default, if you are sharing a file with users, the particular user might need a Microsoft account and to view the files they will need to log in to the Onedrive account. If the user is already logged in to Onedrive and selected "Keep me sign in On this device" when entering the credentials, the next time they click the shared Onedrive link, it will automatically open the file without entering the login details. So, it depends on how you kept open the Onedrive account in the browsers.
