Offshelf license to Microsoft Admin Center or Azure portal

Hello,

I bought a Microsoft 365 (Family) license offshelf, I need to move the license to My Microsoft Admin Center or Azure portal so that I can apply the licenses the right users via Microsoft Admin Center or Azure portal.

Would that be possible or I would need to get another license?

Thanks,

Hello Joycerahila

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate that you've taken the time to post your concern here in Microsoft Community Forum.

We understand that you want to migrate your Microsoft 365 Family subscription onto your Microsoft Admin Center or Azure Portal. Let’s check on this together and find ways to address this matter.

To answer your question, moving Microsoft 365 Family subscription to your Microsoft Admin Center or Azure portal is not possible because Microsoft 365 Family is for consumer use and it has a different website in terms of managing the subscription. Azure is for business and it also has a different way or website in managing the subscription or licenses.

If you no longer want to use Microsoft 365 Family and you just purchase it within our 30 days refund policy you can contact our accounts and billing department to cancel your subscription and have it refunded then you can proceed in getting a new license with Azure.
