Office365 cannot print in color.

Ever since I downloaded Office 365, I am unable to print in color at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled printer. I have checked the preferences and made sure color is on and black and white and gray scale is off. Can someone help me ASAP? I even downloaded the 2016 upgrade and that has not solved the problem.

Hi Lauren,

Welcome to Microsoft Community and thank you for posting the question.

We understand how you feel about the situation. We're sorry for the trouble this has caused.

Please provide more information before we proceed.

1)    1) Does this problem occur only with the Office applications?

2)   2) How does the content appear in Print Preview? Is it in gray scale or color?

Let's save an Office application file in PDF format as mentioned in the article below, then try printing the same and verify the result.

Only in office and it is in black and white on the print preview as well. I have taken the drop down to color and it does not change the print preview to color.

As well as the PPT options did you look at the options in Printer Properties?

(they will be different if you don't have this printer but should be similar)
