Office online viewer supports RTF ???

Hi Office viewer team, 

I am trying to use Office online viewer:

https://products.office.com/en/office-online/view-office-documents-online

My RTF file URL: (the file is accessible)

My Office viewer URL:

I ensure the file < 1MB, and accessible to all users. Does Office online viewer support RTF? I see that this issue happen intermittently. I can open it using ngrok domain.

Please ignore. I can view it by setting content-type=application/msword.
