Office 365 user gets redirected to sso.godaddy.com when visiting any Office 365 login page

My question is exactly the same as this:

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/office-365-user-gets-redirected-to-ssogodaddycom/81146c3a-81e7-4e03-b591-1cb27c027f46

Why is it locked for further comments?

I have an outlook-mail connected with GoDaddy for one organization, and ever since I logged in there, https://outlook.office.com/ redirects to https://sso.godaddy.com/. I'm now trying to log in with a different outlook mail, connected to a completely different organization, but I can't due to the redirect.

Hi Jeppe Rask,

Thanks for reaching us in community!

It may because that the account you currently using connects several account. You can try to open an incognito browser window and visit the link https://outlook.office365.com/mail/inbox to see the results if it belongs to an Office 365 buinsess account. And if you visist the https://outlook.office.com/ in an private mode, it's expected to dispaly the options to choose which account you'd like to sign in.

If you still cannot access it, would you like to share a screenshot of the page to us for our better analysis?

Best,

Shawn

Yes, I can login from incognito, however I don't feel this is a solution.

I can probably clear cookies for now, but I don't think you should redirect forcefully to a 3rd party Microsoft partner just because I logged in there once.

This may because that your browser rememberred your choice and settings, so that it will redirect you directly to that account rather than provide options. That explain why it works functionind in an incognito window. You can go to the browser settings and clear the password and settings for this website, then it should work again.
