Office 365 - Unable to schedule an email for later delivery, no "Options" tab, business account.

I don't have an "Options" tab in Outlook online to be able to schedule an email to go out at a later time.  With many people using Chromebooks for their devices at home, there is no option in our school accounts for this.  What do I do?

It is not feasible to delay or schedule email messages in Outlook Web App since delay delivery is an Outlook client feature.
