Office 365 Tenant admin

Hi,

Im unable to locate who is the tenant admin for my account, so im unable to unlock accounts or add and remove users.

How do i contact microsoft office support to assist with telling me the email address of my tenant and help me with any password resets of the email address.

I do have an onmicrosoft.com email account that we have registered but i dont know the password and im unable to reset it as it says im not registered for password resets.

I need help urgently as im unable to unlock accounts currently therefore all my company information in my onedrive account is

Thanks for posting your issue in this community. Sorry for this issue caused by you. Actually, please notice that only admin can reset the password. And a tenant domain should be: admin@*********.onmicrosoft.com, To find the admin user, please check if any of your colleagues can find the Admin tile in their Office 365 portal. Or you can ask if anyone receives some Office 365 related emails like bills or notifications.
 
Regarding to your requirement, it is not feasible for us to provide the global admin account. And we appreciate your understanding.

Most importantly, to help you further resolve it, it is sincerely suggested that you continue to contact your IT department to see if you can find out any clue.
