Office 365 school sign in

I have been using office 365 with my school subscription. I graduated and so my subscription expired. I am currently a student at a different university and i am trying to log in with this new school information however it is not allowing me to change the subscription. When i go into account settings it still says “product belongs to: old school email*” i see no way to change that.

Hi,

You will need to uninstall and then install again using the portal for your new school. It may or may not have the same features.

Some schools pay for students to have downloaded applications on their desktops; most pay for a less-expensive version that only uses the online apps. Do you know which your school is using?

Please navigate to your account's subscription page (https://portal.office.com/account/#subscriptions) to check whether you have a license for the latest desktop version of Office:

There is a 4-year deep discount subscription available for some students as well.

Even if you have free use at your current school, you may want to take advantage of this while you still have an .edu email. It will last after your student status ends. I currently have that as my Office 365 subscription (as staff, not student).

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if you have any more questions or require further help.
