Office 365 says that I'm offline

My office 365 shows that I'm not connected to the internet, eventhough Outlook connects to my Exchange Server and I can send and recive mail. I cannot sych with any Internet Calendars, I cannot use help from Excel. I'm guessing it's a configuration issue somewhere, but my Corporate Helpdesk has spent almost a month trying to figure it out. Can anyone help?
