Office 365 Outlook desktop app sign in loop "Account Error There are problems with your account. To fix them, please sign in agian."

Try to troubleshoot this issue but can't seen find sure fire way fix this issue.

Seems like this issue may have started when another account was used to activate Visio on same PC.

User tryies to sing in but failes and loops back to sign in.

Office 365 account is part of GoDaddy account.

User is able to sign into PC and Outlook.com with no issue with password.

Thank you for the posting in forum community.

Based on your description and mentioned screenshot, can we re-confirm that whether you have tried to click on “Fix me” button? If no,  first we suggest you kindly click on “Fix me” button, try to identify the next outcome result for sign in account.

Further, we suggest you kindly go to File > Account > under User Information, sign out all the existing account and exit all Office apps.

In Control Panel > User Accounts > credential manager > Windows Credentials, remove all Office 365 credentials that look like: MicrosoftOfficeXXData:XXXXXXXXX, kindly sign in again and try to check the issue result.

Also, try to fix Office 365 / Outlook / sign in related issue by using SaRA tool, it will help you to diagnosis the issue for further analysis. 

So, kindly download Sara Tool and sign in with your work or school account and select the Outlook or Office 365 related issue.

Meanwhile, we suggest you kindly sign in your affected email account in another user’s machine, try to check if the issue persist in that other machine.
