Office 365 Install Error 30015-25

Hi There

I am having trouble installing Office 365 on my client machines.

We always get the error 30015-25 when trying to install.  I can see on the firewall that all the machine downloads what looks to be like all the required content (judging by the amount of data).

It also takes quite a while to fail.

I am aware that there could be an issue on my Firewall side, but i have no idea what to look for as nothing out of the ordinary is blocked.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could try this:

It looks like the system is detecting that there are older versions of Office installed on your device.

Uninstall all the older versions of Office using the easy fix tool.

Follow the instructions under Option 2 in this article.
