May I confirm what your Office 365 subscription is? It does matter because Office 365 Home is totally different from Office 365 Business.
If you use Office 365 Business subscription and your account is admin account, you can sign in
Office 365 admin center to create new users for each member so that they will have their own Office 365 accounts and licenses to login. For your reference, see
Add users individually or in bulk to Office 365.
While if you use Office 365 Home subscription, since we focus on Office 365 Business services and issues, Office 365 Home related issues are out of our support boundary. In this scenario, we'll help you move the post to Office 365 Home category. The related
