Office 365 Couldn't Install

Hello,

I have been trying to install office 365 pro plus for the last 3 days but it fails when I run the commands and yet I downloaded all the files. It gives an error about a problem with my internet connection. Screenshot attached.

 Please Help..

I just renewed my office 365 home premium, I recieved and email to state my payment had been processed and proceeded to download the 

Setup.X86.en-US_O365HomePremRetail_dd9df680-60c5-44f7-8b64-25835488a752_TX_SG_

file.

As soon as I hit the file to install I get an 03 error.

Now I can't get into any microsoft files, I am locked out

I am having this same problem...  I initially thought that it may be a firewall problem...  But after allowing the proper permissions & zones, it still didn't work.  If I come across the solution, I'll be sure to let you know.

On May 25, 2014 I resubscribed to Microsoft Office 365.  I received a confirmation e-mail on this but then we had trouble gettting into it.  A message came up saying Unable to Install.  Why is this?  What are we supposed to do now?  We have urgent need to receive and download an e-mail into Microsoft Excel and cannot do it.

Hello Greg,

Provide us the screen shot of the exact error message.

In the mean while you may run the fix it tool from the following article which will remove all the installed components of Office 2013/Office 365 Home from the computer.

Once the uninstallation is completed you may use the installation source file to reinstall Office 365 Home and verify the status.

 

You may also refer to the general troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article below while installing Office 365/Office 2013 on the computer.
