Office 365 apps not visible in Windows 10

I have Windows 10 and Office 365 installed but none of the office apps are listed in the apps list for me to open.

I have uninstalled Office 365 and reinstalled it but the same result.

I can open Word and Excel by opening documents that already exist in my Dropbox but I can't open Outlook or any other Office application because I don't have any app to open.

This did not answer the questions asked, I know exactly where to find the apps they are just not listed it is as if Office is installed in the background and you can use it but the apps aren't listed.

hi david,

if you cannot find the app via the all apps option or search box,


please follow the steps below and share with us the outcomes:

1. right click the desktop > new and see if there is any application.

2. choose the online repair and restart your computer.

3. uninstall the office suite and reinstall from office 365 portal via the link: https://portal.office.com/ols/mysoftware.aspx , and then restart your computer.
