Office 365 admin password

Please, I have been trying to reset my admin password but it is saying I do not have the right and I should contact my administrator and I am the only administrator for the admin.

I will be glad if you can help me as soon as possible

Dear Microsoft,

I have this same issue with the global admin, not been able to change the password admin as it is giving me an error message.

What should I do? This is kind of urgent for us here, please.

Based on your description, my understanding is you are the global admin and you cannot perform a self-reset password for the global admin account.  If so in this case, please try to contact your IT department and then check if there was any other global admins available in your organization now.
