Office 365 Activation Problem

Hi

I have install office 365 by using student email id.and id is working properly in web browser but when open WOrd or excel app they show your product is unlicensed.

Did you download the Office 365 Package directly from this Edu Account?

Have you tried to activate it using the recovery assistant tool powered by Microsoft:
