Office 365 account on android

Hello, I've been trying to log in to my office 365 account app through my android. It always says that an error occurred and doesnt let me continue further. However, I am able to login into my account through online.

Hi Monique,

Please make sure you installed the application from Google Play store, and it’s up to date.

Meanwhile, please provide more details about the situation, such as the application name, and a screenshot of the error message.

Regards,
Jiaxing Bian

Hi Monique,

Thanks for your reply.

As for the issue you encountered, we suggest you try the following:
1.    Clear the Outlook data & cache in your Android phone. Go to system Settings> Application Management> clear data/ clear cache.
2.    Go to system Settings > Accounts & Sync, add a new account > Outlook> Office 365, login to your account in this way.

Regards,
Yoga

Hi Monique,

We have a dedicated channel where you can use the in-app support to report any issues regarding this app. You may also request bug fixes and submit feature requests via in-app support.

The in-app support is the only support channel for Outlook for Android.

*Note when using the in app support:

1. It can take a while for a representative to get back to the user. It is recommended that the user turn on notifications for Outlook in order to know when the technician is available.

2. If you don’t have notifications turned on, then when the user opens the app again and goes to support, you will see a response from the technician.

3. It is recommended that the user’s initial question be as fully descriptive as possible of the situation.

Example:

Thanks,

Gary
