Office 365 (2016 apps) error activating license on shared computer installation

hi,

i've installed office 365 with 2016 apps in a citrix environment using the shared computer licensing oprion. when any user try to open any office 365 app for the first time in that particular windows session, a warning appears telling me that the system cannot verify the license currently installed as in the following box:

if i click ok button, the box disappears and i can use the application without any problem or any warning about the license. any other new application opening in the same windows session comes up without the license warning.

how can we solve this annoying problem?
