Office 2016 Upload Center

• When did you start experiencing the issue?
• Have you made any changes or update to your device before the issue occurred?
• What troubleshooting steps you've tried so far to fix the issue?
• For clarification, you're able to save a file in OneDrive and Sharepoint but it's not showing in Microsoft Office Upload Center. Is that correct?

Hi This started last week. Other than the regular Windows Updates no changes were made.

I have tried resetting all Windows Credentials, as We were getting a message saying that the synch failed because server was not available, when then checking the Upload Center, this was empty.

Everytime you saved a file from Excel or Word, you got a message stating that the save failed because the server was unavailable, end if you wanted to ignore the message or not. However when checking online, the updated file was there. When checking in the update center there were no items uploaded

Correct, you can save, with errors, but it does not show in Upload Center

The Repair option did not help, as we encoutered also other issues we made a clean install of Windows 10 and Office 2016. The PC is now working like a charm, possiblly the fact that this was an upgraded Windows 7 machine, it had more issues.

I experience the same behavior on a migrated PC.

I have completely removed Office 2016 (Office 365 E3), used the cleanup tool from MS and reinstalled.

Have you solved this issue ?

Can it be linked to MultiFactor Authentication ?
