To install your 365 on another device just sign in to your Microsoft account, Installs page on the computer you want to install on, and choose Install Office.

I had issue with office 2013 due to hardrive errors, I installed new SSD , got windows 10 working, unfortunately cannot reinstall 2013 as I lost my install DVD , I do have the product key.

Where can I find download link so I can download Office -Pro 64 bit ?

If you purchased your Office 2013 on DVD you should be able to reinstall it using the Product Key at: http://www.office.com/setup  If you have a problem contact Microsoft Help.  Explain that you purchase office 2013 on disk and you no longer have the disk, also mention new SSD; at:  https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/contactus/ 

PS don't forget to use the email address and password for a Microsoft Account to setup your Office.
