Office 2010 Home and Business Licence

this could sound a silly question but we have no Volume licence agreements in please if we geta new dektop in and it comes with the trial office 2010 is it legal to but office home and business to use in a commercial work place

Office Home and Business can be installed on two different computers. Remove the trial version in the new computer and install the Office Home and Business 2010.
