Not allowed to download files - Onedrive and Teams Mobile App

Our users receive an error message when trying to download files from the Onedrive and Teams Mobile Apps.

I can't find which setting is preventing our users from downloading files.

Can you help?

Hi Martin,

 

I would like to give you the suggestion below:

You can go to OneDrive Admin > Device access > Mobile application management > turn on the Deploy this policy > unselect Block downloading files in the apps, as shown below:


 

  Note: Your admin account needs to have an Intune license assigned to it for you to change the mobile application management settings in the OneDrive admin center.

At the same time, please make sure your Android system is 5.0 or later, as shown below:

If the problem persists, please provide the version of your OneDrive Mobile App and Teams Mobile App.
