Not able to activate Office on my Mac

I have a valid Office 365 subscription, but I am not able to activate my Office 16 for mac. I get the following error when I try to activate. Also I have not installed Office on any other system. Please refer to the screenshots which clearly explains my issue. Thanks.

I don't think there is anything you can try on your end since the issue seems to be account related. At this time I can only suggest you to contact MS support and see what they have to tell about it.
