No option to share Office 365 subscription

I bought a Home subscription to Office 365 which allows me to share with 4 other people.  I have 3 devices now activated on the subscription.

Now I want to add another one, but I don't see the "Share" button that all the documentation says I should have.

Here is a picture of the "My Account" screen:

Can you tell me what I can do?  (And please don't forward me that mega thread like you seem to always do,  I don't find what I need in there).

Thanks,

Tim

Answer

In your screen capture, if you look below the red "install" button in the "Subscription Sharing" section, it says you do not own/administer the license, that Kathleen E. shared her license with you.

AFIK the original person who activated the license is the "administrator". They are the one who has the right to share with others.

The license allows you to run on 5 devices at the same time. You say you ahve 3, is it possible that Kathleen has the other 2 used already?

As computer scientists we are trained to communicate with the dumbest things in the world – computers –
so you’d think we’d be able to communicate quite well with people.
