need live agent and remote on my office 365. Outlook is not working correctly.

I need a live agent with remote to speak with. Trying for 2 hours. I have office 365. Format is strange. Please help

I see that you provided your case number, and I apologize that community members don't have access to help you see exactly what's going on with your case, nor can they use remote manipulation of your computer to help you with your problem, I know the wait is a long one , but I can help you find a way to contact them.

Follow the steps below to contact our online support staff:

1. Open this link Contact - Microsoft Support.

2. It will ask you to sign in to the personal account associated with your Microsoft 365/Office subscription.

3. Once you've logged into your account. It will ask you to select a product.

4. Select Office.

5. Then select "Get Family Support"

6. You need to provide information about the problem you are experiencing,

7. At the bottom of the page. Select the "Contact Support" option.

8. Select Microsoft 365 and Office

9. In the "Category", you can select "Technical Support" and confirm.

10. It will ask you to select a support option. If you want to change the locale, it's up to you.

11. Then select "Chat with a support agent in a web browser."

It will automatically direct you to live support.

 

After you have successfully contacted the online support staff, provide your case number for the online support staff to view and inform you of the exact progress of your case.
