My profile photo is not showing

I have set my profile picture but it won't appear anywhere public. I set it months ago. How do I get it to show where the arrow points to?

Did you enter the Microsoft community on the Microsoft start page?

If it’s a community avatar, you need to set it again. This is different from your account’s avatar.

Select Edit community profile to modify and add profile picture.
