My personal vault keeps asking for an old email address. How do I remove it so that the 2FA uses my phone number instead?

The default 2FA for my OneDrive Vault is an email address I can't access. Can someone tell me how to remove that email address from my account?

2. Are you only using it on your OneDrive vault or is it also your alternate email address on your Microsoft Account?

3. Aside from the email address, do you still have access to your phone number?
