My onedrive account is telling me tonight it can't synchronise as there is no space. I've performed "Free up space" on both my onedrive and sharepoint folder and it's still saying it's full.
I have 2 users and when I click "Free up space" it's showing me I have ample of space available. Screen shot below.
Any ideas on how to fix appreciate.
I've just gone into my sharepoint settings where this is showing up but I can't see how to increase it.
My email linked to these account is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** not the email I've signed into this forum using for some reason.
Help!!!!
