Dear Kimberly Lim1,
Good days, thanks for querying in this forum. We’re happy to help you.
From your description, it seems that you can see the files in OneDrive sync client, however, those files don’t appear in OneDrive online.
If my understanding is right, we want to confirm with you if you cannot see all files in OneDrive online or just cannot see specific synced files in OneDrive, if you just cannot see the specific synced files in OneDrive online, this issue may be related to OneDrive sync clients.
Given this situation, we’d suggest you backup those files which have not been synced to online to Desktop. Then you can refer to this article: Reset OneDrive - Microsoft Support to reset your OneDrive sync client to check if the same problem will occur.
If you cannot see all files synced before, to narrow down if this issue is related to OneDrive online, we’d suggest you change another browser or you can go to another device to sign in OneDrive online to check if the same problem will occur.
At the same time, to better understand your situation and narrow down this issue, could you provide the information below?
May I know if all files disappeared from OneDrive Online or some files didn’t sync to Online?
Could you provide the screenshot of OneDrive Online?
May I know if the other browsers have the same problem?
Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated. I hope that you are keeping safe and well!
Sincerely,
Sukie | Microsoft Community Moderator

Hi,
Thank you for your response. I have tried to switch computers and the same thing has been happening. I can access my files on the desktop app yet it will still not show my online version.
As for your questions, here's the response to them
1. It seems like when i check my Onedrive online, it looks as if i have no files at all.
2. Screenshot of my files on google chrome
3. I tried using bing for my browser and i can see my files. but not on google chrome.

Some people claim that the extension uBlock Origin is causing this problem. So if you are using uBlock Origin on onedrive.live.com then disable it and try again.
