Multiple email accounts with Outlook in Office 365

I have 3 different email accounts through    I set them up to download to Outlook 2013 in Office 365.  However, I can only see mail from one account in my inbox.  When I go to the folders of the other 2 accounts in "all folders", it says there is nothing to show and I know that emails were downloaded from the internet.  how do I access these other email accounts in Outlook 2013?  I need to be able to see all my emails, not just from one account.

Hi Susan,

I need more details to assist you:

How are the email accounts setup on Outlook (POP3/IMAP or Exchange Server)?

How many Outlook data files are listing up in the Folder list view?

If multiple, are you able to expand those folders and then choose Inbox?

Provide more details to assist you.
