MSO.dll Crash on start of outlook

I have an odd problem. When starting outlook I immediately receive an appcrash (see below). Tried several things, non of which seemed to work:

- delete mso.dll and let it resintall on startup of outlook

- remove the mail profile and ost - which works for a few hours

- delete outlook and reinstall - which also works for a few hours tops

Is any familiar with this issue or has some suggestions?

1) Go to Control Panel

2) Go to Mail

3) Select E-mail Accounts

4) Select the appropriate E-mail Account

5) Click on the Internet Calendars tab

6) Select and remove each of the offending Internet Calendars

7) Close all of the way back out
